"The website honestly stressed me out"
I was just trying to look up some basic info, but using the site reminded me of those frustrating moments when you’re already in a hurry and everything online decides to work against you. The menus felt all over the place, the pages loaded strangely, and it was way slower than I expected. After a few minutes, I just got annoyed and gave up.

My order came with all the right items and flavors, so I was happy about that. It did take a little longer than expected, which felt kind of unnecessary, but at least nothing was missing this time...

I was not excited about having to contact customer service again, but they got back to me quickly and fixed the issue without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. It was simple, fast, and way less exhausting than I expected. Really appreciated that.

"Distributor support was... kind of slow"
I reached out for help as a distributor, but the replies took quite a while to come through... and when they did, they weren’t really that helpful. Overall, it was a bit frustrating.

I used this for a few weeks and didn’t see much of a difference. I kept up with it even though it felt like kind of a hassle to remember every day, so it was disappointing to not really notice any real results.
The taste was fine and the shipping wasn’t an issue, but I bought it because I was hoping it would actually work. For the price and the effort of sticking with it, I expected a lot more

"My order got here in a Smashed box..."
My order got here in a Smashed box, and everything inside looked like it had just been thrown around. One of the lids was loose and there was powder all over the packaging. I know shipping can be Rough sometimes, but this felt like it was packed Carelessly. Not a great first order, disappointing

"Delivery keeps showing up late with no follow-up"
My deliveries keep arriving late, and it’s getting frustrating. I’m still waiting again, and what makes it worse is that there’s been no follow-up or update from anyone. Not a great experience.

"Return went okay in the end"
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and had to send it back. The return process threw me off a bit at first, like I wasn’t totally sure which step I was supposed to do next, but customer support got back to me and helped sort it out. The refund took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but it did show up eventually. So yeah, not a bad experience overall, just would’ve been better if it was a bit quicker.

"It was okay, but my stomach wasn’t a fan"
I tried a couple of products from Total Life Changes, and shipping was actually fine, so no complaints there. The tea, though, gave me some stomach cramps and I felt off for the first few days. I ended up using less and it did get a bit easier, but it still wasn’t exactly smooth for me. Also, I really didn’t like how hard it was to get any actual human contact when I had questions. Everything felt kind of automated, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Not the worst, but probably not something my stomach can handle regularly.

I’ve been using it and haven’t lost any weight so far. I keep checking because I was hoping to see at least a small change, but nothing yet. Maybe it just takes longer for some people, but I wish there was a little reassurance that I’m doing it right

I really wanted to like this, but the taste just wasn’t my thing. For me, it came across a little too sweet, and there was this strange aftertaste that lingered longer than I expected. I tried using it a few more times hoping I’d get used to it, but it made it hard for me to finish...

I felt a bit more energized after taking it, though nothing too dramatic. Compared to some other supplements I’ve tried, this one was gentler and didn’t make me feel jittery, which I appreciated. Overall, it was okay and helped a little

Pretty smooth overall. The charges looked right, and I could tell what I was paying for. Renewal info could’ve been easier to notice before checkout, though. Not hidden, just not super obvious. Support replied fast when I asked. 4 stars.

"Shipping was just really slow"
I ordered from Total Life Changes and, I don’t know, I just expected the shipping to be a lot quicker. They did send me a tracking number, but it barely moved or updated for days, so I was kind of just sitting there wondering where my package even was.
The products did show up eventually, which was good, but by that point I was already frustrated. Maybe it was just bad timing with my order or something, but yeah, the wait felt way too long. Hopefully they can improve that part.
